The customer is solely responsible for proper backups of data and files. Sarita Computers accepts NO responsibility for data/software loss, disruption of business activities, loss of use, or other consequential damages. Liability is limited only to the labour fees for the work performed.

Payment

Please be advised that as the customer, you are responsible for the payment of any labor and parts required to complete the repair. Payment is due at the completion of the service call. If the issue requires additional parts or labour. Another service call will need to booked.

Service Call Rates

Bon Voyage to Paden Hill $130.00/1st hour, plus travel time

Greater Prince George Area (Costco to The Hart) $140.00/1st hour, plus travel

Additional time (time after first hour) $110.00/hour

(billed in 15 minute increments)
